All completed and signed forms must be submitted to St. John’s before 1:00 PM on the night of the lottery in order to be eligible. You may drop off your completed registration at the school, or mail it to 95 Deerfield Ave. Westwood, MA 02090, or email it to Directorsjns@gmail.com. Please consider your registration form received only once you have received a confirmation email from our registrar.
