ADMISSIONS Any child who will be three years old on or before September 1st of the academic year is eligible to enter the lottery for admission. No child shall be excluded from, or discriminated against, on account of race, color, sex, religion, special needs, national origin, cultural heritage, or parental marital status. We grant to all students the rights, privileges, programs and activities made available at the school.  For new families who would like to become more familiar with our Nursery School, we host an open house on the first Saturday in November. We also hold a second open house on the first or second Saturday in January when parents may register their child for the fall class of that calendar year. A lottery drawing is held the week following the January open house. Notices of these dates will be posted in local newspapers and the Westwood Public Library or you may contact Mal Tennihan (maltennihan@comcast.net)  for information. Children who attend St. John's Nursery School are granted priority to attend Clapboardtree Nursery School, which offers a 4 year old program.
